You will play a central role at a leading company in the defense industry, where you will plan and coordinate the production of complex systems and products. The assignment is suitable for you who want to work closely with both production and business development in a high-tech environment with high demands on quality, structure, and delivery capability.

In this role, you will be responsible for your products throughout the entire production chain, from initiated production needs to fully assembled delivery. You will work cross-functionally and contribute both operationally and developmentally to create efficient flows and sustainable working methods.

• Plan and coordinate the production of complex systems and products.
• Analyze production flows and identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate material and resource needs to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Follow up to ensure production meets given timelines and quality standards.
• Be responsible for your products from initiated production needs to fully assembled delivery.
• Drive and implement business development projects within production.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to implement effective processes and strategies.

• BSc.
• At least 3 years of experience in production, logistics, or production planning.
• You work in a structured manner in a day that can be varied.
• You communicate well and collaborate effectively with several internal stakeholders.
• You have a solution-oriented approach and an interest in change and improvement.

• Knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL, and IFS.

• Permanent employment at Avaron AB
• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
