Your Mission

Nacka Senior Center Ektorp is a nursing home with 118 places focusing on both somatic and dementia care. The facility has a large kitchen and restaurant with chefs who prepare food from scratch, a kiosk, a comprehensive activity program, and day services. We are now looking for more fantastic care assistant colleagues for our somatic departments, with shifts scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Your Role as a Care Assistant

Your role as a care assistant is crucial to ensuring person-centered care for our clients together with the care team. Together, you will work preventively with interventions according to the quality registers Senior Alert and BPSD. Your main tasks will involve assisting clients in their daily lives, from personal care to contributing to a meaningful and stimulating environment based on individual needs, interests, and circumstances.

Your Experience

For this position, you are required to have:

• Completed and approved care assistant training
• Experience in elderly care, preferably somatic
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Knowledge in dementia care
• Experience in areas of responsibility (e.g., palliative representative)
