Job Responsibilities SlangExpress is Hydroscand's mobile hose service, where we manufacture and replace hoses on-site for our customers. As a service technician for SlangExpress, you will serve customers in the field with one of our service vans. The role also includes customer engagement and upselling. Your primary area of operation will be Vetlanda and its surroundings, where you will work closely with other service technicians in the region.

You will work with preventive maintenance, inspection, and manufacturing of hydraulic hoses, as well as service and installation of central lubrication systems.

The position of service technician is very varied, with no two days being the same. The work can involve everything from replacing a broken hydraulic hose on an excavator in the field to preventive maintenance during planned downtime at industries.

In the long run, the position may also include on-call work, where 24/7 phone coverage is included during scheduled weeks.

Your Profile We are looking for someone with a technical interest, preferably with a background in hydraulics and/or automotive technology. Experience as a service technician, mechanic, or installer is an advantage. To thrive in the role, you should be stress-resistant, appreciate a varied workday, and be service-oriented.

A driver's license (B) and experience with mechanical work are required. Familiarity with local companies and industries is an advantage.
