Training Adjutant at the Air Defense Battalion

The Air Defense Battalion consists of three companies, each with several platoons that train conscripts. As a Training Adjutant, you will primarily be an administrative resource for the company leadership and platoon leaders to ensure that the training of conscripts can be carried out with high efficiency.

About the Position

The position of Training Adjutant is primarily an administrative soldier position. You will serve in the company leadership whose task is to train conscripts, mainly on our air defense systems but also other functions. As a Training Adjutant, you will have varied tasks such as administration of the conscripts' training and logistics during their service, ordering food, transportation, and travel, as well as reporting to the National Service and Assessment Agency (PPV). The Training Adjutant plays a key role in the operation and supports both company leadership and platoon leaders to enable high quality in the training of conscripts.

Qualifications

• Approved basic military training (Conscription/GMU of at least 6 and 3 months respectively)
• B driver's license

Meritorious

• Group leader training in the Armed Forces
• Basic trained staff assistant or work in company staff
• Other pedagogical training
• Military driver's license

To succeed in the position, you are a problem solver with an eye for detail and have a strong desire to contribute to effective and good training for the conscripts. Keywords for a Training Adjutant are collaboration, planning, and coordination. To succeed in the role, we also see that you have an understanding of social interaction and possess good teamwork skills. You need to be able to work flexibly while also being structured with varying tasks.

Employment form: The employment form for continuously employed group leaders or soldiers (GSS/K) has a duration of eight years with the possibility of extension for four more years, totaling 12 years. The employment begins with a six-month probationary period during which physical requirements and requirements for a B driver's license will be imposed for continued employment.

The Air Defense operates on land and is part of the army, but often collaborates with the Air Force. The Air Defense monitors the airspace with mobile sensors (such as radar), detects threats, and protects important objects and operations against attacks from the air through combat with missiles. The two air defense battalions included in the operational defense are trained and kept on standby by the Air Defense Regiment.
