"From the day I started at Fellowmind, I have felt at home. Here I was met by a team that is not only incredibly helpful and humble but genuinely wants to see each other succeed. This made it easy for me to find my place both in the work team and in the community.

My colleagues have believed in me since day one and have given me the space to develop in ways I have never done before. With a team that combines sharp competence with a culture where there is always room for everyone, every day becomes a new exciting, educational, and fun adventure.

This is how Erica, who joined us last fall, describes her first time at Fellowmind and why she enjoys it so much here!

Now we are starting the recruitment process and are looking for two more junior stars to join us!

About the position

Our Bison team works with the business system Bison, which is owned, developed, and managed by us. Bison is an ERP system niche for wholesale operations within, among other things, iron and building materials as well as fresh produce trade, built for high performance, large transaction volumes, and advanced customizations. The system is delivered as a cloud-based solution with a modern web interface.

In the role of developer within Bison, you will work closely with improving and developing our customers' business processes. This may involve building functional customizations, customer-specific solutions, or integrations between Bison and other systems – often in close dialogue with both customers and colleagues. In addition to classic Bison development, we are on a clear modernization journey where we are gradually approaching Microsoft's ecosystem and where AI becomes a natural part. This means that you may also work with integrations and solutions related to the Microsoft platform, for example, within Azure. The focus is on utilizing existing services and tools to create smarter flows, better decision support, and more efficient working methods.

Technical keywords in the role include RPG, SQL, JavaScript, web, UX, and Git, as well as Azure services such as API Management, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry. We do not expect you to know everything from the start – the important thing is that you have the desire to learn and develop together with the team.

As a developer, you work closely with the business and have a lot of dialogue with customers where you get to understand their problems and challenges to then figure out a good way to solve them, which allows for both creativity and logical thinking. Much of the work is done in close collaboration with colleagues where you help each other.

Based on our values – Always personal, Better together, Serious about fun, and Act with courage – we are a support throughout the entire process and the customer's continued growth.

The work as a developer with us is incredibly exciting and varied, and you will quickly see that the work you do creates results for our customers. The challenges are many, and it is important that you as a candidate are driven and used to working independently while being able to function as part of a project with others. The Bison team you will be a part of is a close-knit team with everything from seniors who have worked with the system since the dawn of time to more junior colleagues who are at the beginning of their careers. What unites everyone is that they really help each other, share their knowledge, and no one sees themselves as fully learned. Your closest leader will be Jesper, whose leadership is characterized by warmth, care, and commitment but also clarity regarding expectations and where both we and you are headed. Initially, you will have a mentor who is there to support you both technically and personally. Our ambition is to hire two developers as we know from experience that this allows for mutual support in daily tasks.

New Fellow – a safe start in the consulting role

You will be part of our New Fellow program, where you along with other junior colleagues make the journey into consulting life.

  • You will have a mentor (Fellow) who has gone the same path before you
  • You will receive training in Bison, business processes, and consulting skills
  • You will early on be involved in real customer projects, with support from the team and leaders
  • You will be fully integrated into the business – New Fellow is a complement, not a sidetrack

The goal is simple: for you to feel safe, seen, and quickly develop into a skilled consultant.

Who are you?

The role of junior developer within our Bison team is aimed at you who are newly graduated or have some years of experience and who check off the following;

  • Have (soon) a university degree in, for example, Computer Engineering or System Science with a focus on system development or equivalent
  • Have a strong interest in programming and how digitization, IT, and systems can support the business
  • Have a great deal of drive, constantly take new initiatives, and ensure that things happen
  • Believe that problems are meant to be solved, preferably together with nice customers and colleagues
  • Have an analytical mind and a high logical ability
  • Are fluent in both Swedish and English

It is a merit if you have familiarized yourself with the Microsoft platform, for example, Azure (API Management, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI Foundry) and have tested or explored modern tools for automation, integration, or AI support. What is important to us is not how advanced it has been, but that you show curiosity, judgment, and understanding of how technology can be used responsibly in practice.

If you are newly graduated, we also believe that you have some work experience either alongside your studies or from previous jobs, preferably within finance, production, or warehousing and preferably as a user of systems to understand how business and systems are interconnected.

The practical

Start: August 2026

Location: At the central office in Malmö, and yes, we have a rooftop terrace and game room with billiards, PlayStation, and board games that every self-respecting IT company should have!

Application deadline: March 25

Salary: 34,000-36,000 SEK

The recruitment process will consist of phone/teams interviews, in-depth interviews, tests, and reference checks.
