Our Operations

The Urology Department 50 C is a surgical unit specialized in urology with both planned and emergency operations. Here, patients with diseases of the urinary tract are investigated, treated, and operated on. Common diagnoses include kidney stones, bladder disorders, bladder, kidney, and prostate cancer.

Your Mission

As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for the patient's basic care, pre- and post-operative care, and mobilization. You will also be responsible for wound dressings, stoma care, catheter and drainage care, monitoring vital parameters, preventing falls and pressure ulcers, among other tasks.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. Experience with the Cosmic data system or experience in inpatient care / surgery-urology is an advantage.

Development

We offer an individualized introduction lasting five weeks and regular training (simulations with the SMART concept, CPR training, patient safety training using the TUB concept, reflections, mini-lectures, etc.). We plan, conduct, and evaluate training to help you achieve your goals in the best way possible.
