Attendo Fortuna-Onnela is a nursing home with 40 places. We work according to the concept of Outdoor Activities and Garden, which means that outdoor activities are part of our daily work. Fortuna is located in Sävja with the forest around the corner, but we also have a large lovely garden with both a chicken coop and a gazebo that invites outdoor activities. Here we sit and have coffee, walk, plant flowers, cycle, or just relax.

We are a dedicated staff group with the desire to always go the extra mile. Our daily tasks consist of helping our clients with care, laundry, showering, cleaning, walks, and social interaction.

Job Description

We are now looking for on-call substitutes for our operations. If you are interested in working in elderly care, we can offer a pleasant and developing workplace with a dedicated team.

Together with your colleagues, you will work to provide the best possible care for our clients. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in elderly care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and teamwork skills.

It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant and have experience in care work in elderly care as well as delegation.

About You

We are looking for someone who is driven to work with people and make a real difference for clients every day. You have the ability to empower and support clients in all aspects of daily life.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with clients and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

• Good computer skills and experience with digital working methods

You enjoy providing good service, building great relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our clients. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual’s needs.
