We are now looking for part-time staff and summer substitutes for Flottargården group home in Torpshammar. Here, we work closely with our residents to create a safe, structured, and meaningful everyday life together.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately or work during the summer, with the possibility of continued employment.

About the organization

Flottargården is a group home for six individuals who belong to category 1 according to LSS.

The residents have their own apartments, and staff are available around the clock to provide support in daily life based on each individual's needs, conditions, and wishes.

About the role

As a care assistant, you work closely with the residents and are an important support in their daily lives. The job includes, among other things:

• Supporting and motivating in daily activities
• Contributing to structure, routines, and safety
• Participating in and planning social and physical activities
• Being a safe and present support in daily life
• Documenting according to current guidelines
• Performing certain health and medical care tasks through delegation
• Collaborating with colleagues and other actors regarding the residents

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, attentive, and comfortable in meeting people.

It is an advantage if you:

• Are a trained nursing assistant, treatment assistant, or have similar experience
• Have experience working within LSS, functional support, or care
• Are familiar with delegated health and medical care tasks

You need to be able to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written, and be comfortable with documentation.
