JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to make a difference in people's everyday lives? The home care group Björkåsen and Strandviken is now looking for nursing assistants who want to work with care during the day and evening. With us, you have the opportunity to provide security and support to our clients in their own homes, in an engaged and positive work team.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you deliver good care and social support to our clients. You will have a varied job that will largely involve helping and supporting the client in daily life to promote functional ability.

Within home care in Hammarö municipality, we have the conditions to easily adjust the time according to the client's needs. This is highly appreciated and something you will notice makes a positive difference for the client. We enjoy working together, and you will have close access to managers, nurses, and rehabilitation staff. We have administrative support in the form of home care coordinators who assist managers and employees with staffing and scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has nursing assistant training and experience in care work, home care, or elderly care. You enjoy working with people and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish. In your work, you will use mobile phones and digital tools, which requires a certain level of digital maturity.

We appreciate if you are attentive to others' needs, have a good attitude, and the ability to make independent decisions while also being considerate of collaborating with others in the team. As a person, you have high social competence and are flexible, service-oriented, positive, and responsible.

The position is placed in a cycling group, which means that in your daily work, you will travel between clients by bicycle. It is therefore important that you feel comfortable cycling for work.
