About the Position

We are looking for a nursing assistant or care assistant who wants to work closely with people in need of care and support in their own homes. You will be the one who contributes to creating safety and continuity in their everyday lives. The work is varied and you will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues to provide the best possible care. A high level of commitment is required, and you will actively participate in developing and improving the operations.

Our clients live in Rimbo and surrounding areas, where we mainly reach our users by car, bicycle, and walking.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Providing personal care.
• Being a support during meals.
• Participating in social interactions with clients and accompanying them on walks.
• Performing delegated tasks from nurses or rehabilitation staff.
• Writing implementation plans based on the client's individual needs.

About You

For this position, you need:

• Previous experience in similar work with varied tasks.
• Basic digital competence.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• The ability to ride a bike.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Training as a nursing assistant with a professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Experience and interest in areas such as dementia, technology, and documentation.
• A B driver's license and driving experience.

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title. This means that a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to hold the title of nursing assistant. You apply for the certificate on the National Board of Health and Welfare's website. If you have care and nursing education according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations but have not yet received the professional certificate, you can instead be employed with the title of care assistant.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid residence/work permit or prove that you are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. In this process, we will therefore check citizenship. We are looking for hourly employees for work as needed.
