We are a rapidly growing occupational health service that drives systematic and preventive health work in close collaboration with our clients, who are mostly located in Halland. Our clinic is located in Halmstad, but we can also serve clients through our new specially adapted health vehicle.

We are now looking for an experienced occupational nurse for a full-time position (at least 92.5%) who wants to contribute to developing a sustainable working life at our client companies.

You will work closely with our clients and independently coordinate and implement measures for both companies and individuals. You will work from a holistic perspective regarding the work environment and health of the companies you are responsible for. You will have a team of competent colleagues to support you in various assignments and projects.

Your primary task is to support our clients and their employees with medical and psychosocial aspects of how work life impacts health, well-being, and motivation. This means you will work with health-promoting measures, work environment surveys, health checks including lifestyle medicine, statutory checks, training, and rehabilitation coordination.

Experience/education:

You are a licensed nurse and we prefer that you have further education as an occupational nurse or district nurse. Experience from occupational health care is an advantage.

Your personal qualities:

You are an independent and driven person who can switch to being a humble team player when needed. You enjoy taking initiative, are cooperative, and good at organizing. We also place great value on your analytical and social skills, as you will be an important link between our clients' contact persons and employees. We emphasize your personality.

Employment conditions:

Temporary employment for a maximum of 6 months, which will then transition to a permanent position.

Computer skills:

You are accustomed to working with the Office suite.
