Our online store is fantastic, but it’s in our physical stores that we really make a difference. That’s where we meet people in real life and where the magic happens. In the interaction, you as a sales associate can turn someone’s day around in just a few seconds. A visitor comes in, maybe a little tired after the day – and leaves with a pink bag filled with confidence, glow, and the feeling of being seen. That’s exactly how we want it to feel! WOW!
We are now looking for a skincare enthusiast with a strong sense of service and sales to join our team on Drottninggatan, where you will work as a sales associate and skincare expert in our incredible flagship store.
Welcome to the Beauty Playground 💖As you might have gathered by now, we want to create a creative, fantastic, and inspiring store together with you, where imagination can run wild! PR events, product launches, influencer events, live podcasts, livestreams, and epic theme parties – our Playground on Drottninggatan is a place where something is always happening. Only your imagination sets the limits! Here, it should be tested, felt, and experienced from morning to night, until everyday life and celebration blend together! Sure, we have the best location and an unbeatable selection (even though all our 87,000 online products might get a bit messy 😉) BUT retail is no longer just a place where customers can buy products. We believe that retail today should be an experience, and that’s where you come in! We want to work with people who have that little extra, who are the BEST at service and love beauty as much as we do.

Your role with usTogether, we constantly strive to give our visitors a world-class experience, and in that work, you stand on the front line. As a Skincare Expert and sales associate at Lyko, you are so much more than just a salesperson – you are an advisor, inspirer, skincare expert, best beauty friend, and an important part of the visitor's experience.
With us, it’s about meeting every visitor for real. You make contact, listen, and share your knowledge in a personal way – always with the goal of helping the visitor understand their skin and find the right products and routines for their specific needs. With your expertise in skincare, you guide our visitors through the skincare jungle and create confidence in their choices.
That’s how we create that magical feeling of having been both seen and boosted ✨ Taking care of our visitors is always priority one, two, and three, but besides that, you ensure that they are always greeted by a fresh, well-stocked, and inspiring store – spotless, simply!
We believe that you:
- Are a trained skincare therapist or have similar experience – alternatively, a self-taught skincare expert.
- Have a great interest in skincare and ingredients
- Love customer interaction and are driven by creating results through service and advice.
- Are engaged, positive, and spread energy around you.
- Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Are flexible and enjoy working both in teams and independently.
- Have a structured work approach and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Are at least 18 years old.
About the employment
Position: Sales Associate with a focus on skincare Scope: 20 hours/week. Employment form: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Start date: Immediately or by agreement. Salary: According to collective agreement. Working hours: Working hours vary between 07:00 and 20:00 weekdays, 07:00–19:00 on Saturdays, and 08:00–18:00 on Sundays, including some holidays.
