We are looking for a spare parts salesperson for our service workshop in Borlänge. The role is a combined position where spare parts management is the main focus, but where you will also support customer reception, service booking, and certain aspects of service advising as needed. Job Responsibilities

As a spare parts salesperson, you will belong to one of our most important departments. Your main responsibilities are to manage our inventory and ensure that our service technicians have the spare parts/materials they need to perform their work.

The work includes ordering spare parts, pre-picking for our service technicians, inventory management, and sales over the counter. You will also handle customer inquiries about spare parts and accessories via email and phone.

You will have an exciting role that connects the workshop, spare parts, and customer reception in the daily work. The position is administrative but also involves some contact with suppliers and partners of the company.

The role also includes certain tasks related to service booking and customer reception. This may involve receiving customers, answering questions about service, assisting with bookings, or handling simpler matters in customer reception. Therefore, the position entails a combination of spare parts management and certain aspects of service advising in the daily work of the service team.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and has good planning skills. We do not require any specific education, but if you have automotive technical training or a strong interest in vehicles, that is definitely a plus. Previous experience with spare parts/accessories or experience from Kia or our business system Kobra is highly meritorious. You should also be accustomed to working with computers and enjoy working in an environment where you are “a spider in the web”.

Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities. You need to be able to speak and write Swedish fluently, as the role involves contact with Kia and other suppliers. A B driver's license is a requirement.
