About us Capio Healthcare Center in Ängelholm is a family-oriented, stable, and appreciated healthcare center where quality, safety, and a warm welcome characterize the entire operation. We are located in the heart of Ängelholm in charming heritage-listed premises and currently have approximately 10,150 registered patients.

We have around 35 dedicated employees working in a complete and competent team with general practitioners, ST doctors, district nurses, child health care nurses, midwives, asthma/COPD and diabetes nurses, social workers, rehabilitation coordinators, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, dietitians, medical secretaries, receptionists, and service staff. Your role

In your role, you will work with the assessment and treatment of patients with mental health issues. In close collaboration with doctors and other healthcare providers, you and your colleagues will provide primary care to patients with mental and behavioral health problems.

The position includes psychological counseling, diagnostics, and treatment. You will be an important player in our team where we work with great flexibility and inspiration for our mission to create the best primary care in Skåne. You should be comfortable with short treatment series to provide more patients with the opportunity for contact, and you should see the potential for treatment through digital pathways. You will meet your patients physically, i.e., traditional outpatient work, but also through our digital channels such as video, chat, and phone. Your daily work will thus be varied, and we have well-developed digital-physical working methods that create flexibility for you in your work. We welcome your ambition to work with business development and your experience in building a well-functioning primary care clinic.

You should be a licensed psychologist and be secure in both person and profession, as well as have a good understanding of the purpose and working methods of primary care. You need to have basic psychotherapy training with a focus on CBT. Previous experience in primary care and competence and interest in ACT is an advantage.

You are used to working independently and maintain a high medical quality. We appreciate responsibility and good organizational skills. You enjoy challenges and want to be involved in the development of the healthcare center.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where personal maturity, integrity, and collaboration skills are important qualities.
