The Sollebrunn factory is one of four factories within Thomas Betong Prefab. In Sollebrunn, about 80 colleagues work with a strong sense of craftsmanship and the ability to create very fine products. About the job

As a production planner at the factory, you are the hub of our manufacturing. You gain a unique overview of upcoming projects, influence how we work, and directly contribute to creating efficient, sustainable, and profitable deliveries to our customers. The role suits you if you enjoy seeing the big picture, collaborating closely with many functions, and being the one who makes the pieces of the puzzle fall into place. Here, you will work closely with production, construction, and projects – and be a key player in solving our deliveries in the best way.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and distributing production in both the short and long term, considering staffing, space, storage, and delivery times.
• Receiving, reviewing, and distributing drawings and ensuring that the correct casting materials are ordered.
• Monitoring production and inventory through key figures and reporting weekly and monthly.
• Contributing to daily priorities and decisions through a good overview of production.
• Collaborating with other factories in the network when production is moved between units.

Who are you?

• You have a good understanding of production with the ability to estimate time and resource requirements for manufacturing different elements. If you know Prefab, that is certainly a significant advantage.
• Good ability to plan and optimize flows.
• Good ability to engage in dialogues and sometimes balance conflicting interests.
• You are good at finding solutions where others see problems.
• Good digital maturity, as you will work in both our business system and with more advanced decision support in, for example, Excel.
• Good knowledge of reading drawings.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
