About the role

As a Quality Engineer/Improvement Coordinator, you will play a key role in our efforts to ensure quality and further develop Kinnarps' product range. You will work both operationally and strategically with:

  • Analysis, monitoring, and reporting of quality cost deficiencies
  • Ensuring product quality through standardized and data-driven quality work
  • Support to production with tools, methods, and criteria for quality assurance
  • Management and coordination of larger complaints
  • Initiatives and implementation of improvement work throughout the chain

Who are you?

To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Post-secondary education in quality, technology, or production
  • Experience in quality work in a manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of quality tools and standards
  • Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
  • Good system proficiency, especially in Excel and Office
  • Driving license B

It is an advantage if you have experience in calibration and project management.

  • Solution-oriented and communicative
  • Confident in collaborating with different functions and driving your work independently

Your place in the organization

The position belongs to our group-wide quality department, which is responsible for developing, ensuring, and monitoring the quality of Kinnarps' products and services. You will report to the Quality Manager, Kinnarps AB.

The role involves travel in the job.

Work location: Kinnarp
Working hours: Daytime, full-time
Employment type: Permanent (probationary employment applies)
Start date: As soon as possible, by agreement
