About HemTrevnad:

HemTrevnad was founded in 2006 in Alingsås Municipality, a couple of years before the law on freedom of choice was introduced in 2009. Those who have been granted home care and emergency alarms in Alingsås have the option to choose HemTrevnad as their provider. We are present in almost the entire Alingsås Municipality!

HemTrevnad also performs services that are covered by the RUT deduction.

HemTrevnad's employees have influence over the planning for the day as HemTrevnad does not work with minute-controlled schedules. You have the opportunity to largely influence the scheduling of your working hours. At HemTrevnad, wellness grants are offered. HemTrevnad has a collective agreement. In your work, you will have support from a manager and coordinator on site.

Job responsibilities

Your workday is planned based on approved services and the individual’s implementation plan. Approved services can range from lighter activation such as walks to taking care of individuals with significant care needs and advanced health care interventions delegated by a nurse, as well as receiving alarms during the day and evening. Health care interventions are signed digitally on the mobile and you document in Combine. Digital locks will be introduced in Alingsås Municipality during the spring.

Most importantly, the individual must feel trust in you and receive the help and support they need, delivered with high quality. The work includes teamwork with other professional categories, and you need to have good collaboration skills. You should be able to handle the issues that arise in everyday life with tact, sensitivity, and good judgment.

Your work includes being a primary care contact.

Qualifications

You have a recognized nursing assistant education and can present a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have a B driver's license. You master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are secure in yourself and have the ability to perform your work with precision, responsiveness, and helpfulness. You are an important piece of our operation and share our humanistic values and have good communication skills. You have a good ability to act so that users receive the best possible care and see the whole picture around the user. You perform your work in a trust-building manner.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

To work as a nursing assistant, 1500 high school credits and a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare are required.

A criminal record extract is required to be considered for a position at HemTrevnad.
