JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you will collaborate with other nursing colleagues and work cross-professionally with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff. In your role, you will lead health and medical care efforts in nursing work and have close cooperation with our medical organization.

Your role includes standard tasks such as medication management, delegation, documentation, ward rounds, planned and acute health and medical assessments. You will work preventively in risk areas such as falls, pressure ulcers, malnutrition, and oral health. As a nurse with us, you will be involved in driving improvement and change work with a focus on quality and care for people with dementia and other cognitive diseases.

We work with quality registers such as Senior Alert and the Palliative Register. We have digital signing for health and medical care efforts and delegations through APPVA. Health and medical care documentation is performed in Treserva, where deviations are also recorded and followed up. We are connected to NPÖ.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed nurse
• has experience working as a nurse
• has experience in elderly care
• has good IT and documentation skills
• has good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

We expect you to have a genuine interest in the elderly and a desire to help others. The job requires you to feel secure in your professional role, be independent, and make decisions based on your own assessments. We are a close-knit team that supports each other across different professions to ensure our residents receive the best care. It is important that you have excellent collaboration skills, are adaptable, and have an unpretentious focus on the common goals of the organization. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
