Summer Substitute in Home Healthcare

We are looking for you, a certified nursing assistant, nursing student, or medical student who is curious and interested in working with us in home healthcare this summer.

We need staff from week 26-34. You need to be able to work from week 27-32.

As a summer substitute, you will assist in caring for our most ill elderly patients in their homes. This includes medication administration, wound care, injections - e.g., insulin, sampling, catheter care, and bandaging.

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out with care and professionalism. The work is mostly performed independently, but support from colleagues is always available. On a daily basis, we collaborate in the staff group and solve the planning for daily tasks together.

Qualifications

You are either a trained nursing assistant with certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a student in a healthcare profession (nursing or medicine). It is an advantage if you have work experience from primary care, home healthcare, or geriatrics. We document in Take Care, and it is a plus if you have experience with documentation. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language.

Requirements: A valid driver's license and the ability to cycle.

Personal Qualities

It is important that you are a positive, flexible, and solution-focused person. You enjoy collaborating but can work independently. We walk, cycle, or drive to our patients.

Working hours are weekdays from 07:30.
