About the accommodation

Borgerskapet's care and nursing home is a smaller facility focused on somatic care and dementia. The accommodation is located in Högalid in western Södermalm, opposite Högalid Church, with good transport links via bus and subway.

The facility is run non-profit by the Foundation of Borgerskapet's Enkehus and Gubbhus, which has been promoting good care and support for the elderly since 1724. Here, 75 guests are offered an individualized and meaningful everyday life, characterized by our guiding principles: Professionalism, Care, Engagement, and Security – something that is evident in our daily work.

About the position

We are currently looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist for a temporary position during the summer months of July–August (full-time, daytime).

You will be an important part of our dedicated and experienced team where we collaborate closely between professions. You work independently in your role, but never alone. We discuss questions, support each other, and share responsibility. In your job, you are responsible for an important part of the overall care of the guests' daily lives, in the form of occupational therapy assessments, assistive device prescriptions, preventive and rehabilitative interventions, as well as guidance for staff in ergonomics and transfers.

Who are you?

You are a licensed Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist and confident in your professional role.

You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and appreciate both independent work and good collaboration. You have a genuine interest in elderly care and see the value of quality, continuity, and a professional approach towards both guests and colleagues.

Qualifications:
