Workplace: Neuberghska Elderly Home Foundation, Gothenburg
Position: Care Assistant, day/evening/night shifts and every other weekend.
Scope: Part-time
Start date: By agreement, focusing on the period weeks 25-33.

Here, the elderly meet in a safe and homely environment where meals, holidays, and everyday life are characterized by care and community. In your role as care staff, you are responsible for: Providing safe and individualized care during your shift. You need to be attentive to changes in the residents' health and well-being. You document according to current routines for SoL and report to HSL. You collaborate with colleagues, nurses, and other staff. You contribute to a calm and respectful environment for the residents.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in elderly care and someone who wants to learn and gain lifelong lessons in empathetic interaction and recognizing others' needs. We consider it an advantage if you have experience working in elderly care, preferably caring for individuals with cognitive impairments. You are secure, responsible, and independent. You have good collaboration skills and can build trust in your interactions with others. You have a respectful approach and share our values.
Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required; additional languages are a merit.
