We are now looking for a nursing assistant to Ekdalagården

Ekdalagården, located in central Mölnlycke, is seeking a nursing assistant. The position is located in our dementia department, where you, together with colleagues, work to create a safe, dignified, and meaningful everyday life for our residents. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Job Responsibilities

We offer you a stimulating and developing job where you, together with competent colleagues, contribute to creating safety, good care, and support in everyday life for our users, as well as enabling a meaningful and active leisure time. The tasks are tailored to each individual's needs, resources, and conditions. The work includes, among other things, support with hygiene, meals, cleaning, laundry, activities, and social interaction.

You will also be responsible for social documentation, advocacy tasks, and delegated health and medical care tasks. The work is varied and can at times be both demanding and physically strenuous. We focus on safety, respect, and participation for the users.

Co-planning

Härryda municipality is working to increase the basic staffing and reduce the need for hourly employment. Co-planning means that you have a home unit but may also work shifts in other units within the municipality as needed.

The aim is to ensure continuity and safe care for the users, while you as an employee gain variation, broader experience, and opportunities for professional development. An introduction will be provided to ensure you feel secure.

Requirements

• Trained nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills, preferably with experience in social documentation.
• Ability to take and follow delegated health and medical care tasks.

Meritorious

• Experience working with quality issues and value-based work.
• Experience in healthcare and social care.
• Experience with TimeCare, Treserva, and/or the BPSD registry.

Personal qualities
