About the Job

Your tasks will include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as an occupational therapist include reduced hand function, pain, neurology, cognitive impact, and mental health issues. The job also involves prescribing assistive devices and certificates for housing adaptations. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan will be created.

The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups.

The role involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues share responsibility with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed occupational therapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you perform with commitment and professionalism. You can plan your work efficiently and in an organized manner based on the goals of the operations. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.

Other Information

Travel for work is required. A valid driver's license (B) is necessary.

About the Recruitment Process

The selection process consists of two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who will invite candidates for a phone interview. After that, the recruiting manager will make a second selection of applicants and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that responses to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
