About Us

Welcome to When Health Tidaholm Rehabilitation Clinic! We are expanding our physiotherapy group and are therefore looking for a colleague.

Our team consists of five physiotherapists and two occupational therapists. We care for each other in the group, ensuring that we enjoy our work and have good cohesion. We continuously work on business development to provide patients with the best possible rehabilitation. Tidaholm is located in a beautiful landscape with exciting nature and proximity to Hökensås recreational area, which provides good opportunities for an active leisure life with sports and outdoor activities. Tidaholm is an old industrial town with a rich cultural and community life. The nearest larger city to the municipality is Skövde. There is a well-developed bus connection between the locations.

About the Job

Your tasks include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health issues. The job also includes prescribing aids. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created.

The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. It may also be relevant to perform some work remotely. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups.

The job involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at the clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the business in an ongoing improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

If you have supervisor training and/or further education, courses, or knowledge in areas relevant to the position, that is also an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the business's goals. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two stages. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Then, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
