About the Job

Your tasks will include examining, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages with issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, such as pain, neurology, mental health issues, and other medical conditions, including the management of assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan will be developed. The work is largely conducted through visits at the clinic and digital consultations, but home visits will also be performed as needed.

The job involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your own unit and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in outpatient care is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates.

We are looking for someone who is willing to take on the challenge of working independently, organizing, and planning your work effectively based on set goals. You can handle an uneven workload and unforeseen events. As you will meet many different people in your work, it is important that you are accommodating and adapt your communication to the situation.

About the Recruitment Process

The selection process takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Then, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.
