We are now looking for licensed nurses for our operations ahead of summer 2026. Attendo Lundby Park in Lundby is close to shops, restaurants, and a tram stop right outside.

Attendo Lundby Park is a newly built modern nursing home focused on Sports & Spa and Culture & Leisure. Here, activities and well-being are in focus. The residence has 99 pleasant and bright apartments distributed across ten departments with large balconies and nice common areas for socializing. Care is created in the way that suits the customers.

As a nurse with us in our residences, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare interventions take place in the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You will have a leading role with great opportunities to influence the operations.

As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team working to empower the individual.

Main responsibilities

• Care responsibility for patients

• Supervision of nursing staff

• Medication management

• Work in national quality registers

Who are you? As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating nursing staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those who live with us together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Experience from working in private care operations

• Professional experience in elderly care

• Experience in supervision

About the recruitment process
