As a nursing assistant, you will be a permanent care contact with overall responsibility for planning, follow-up, and close dialogue with care recipients and their relatives. You will support the care recipients in their daily lives with personal care, meals, and social activities. You will perform health and medical care interventions on delegation from a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. All documentation is done digitally, and training in our systems is included.

About You

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a nursing assistant at the introduction of the new regulations.

Meritorious:

• Experience in care and nursing work
• You can cycle and are willing to use a bicycle for work
• Driver's license (B), for certain units it is a requirement

As a nursing assistant in home care, you meet people with respect and consideration. You are calm and composed even in stressful situations and can make wise decisions when needed.

You work independently, take responsibility, and drive the work forward always with the care recipient's needs in focus. With your positive attitude and ability to build trust, you contribute to a safe and pleasant everyday life for the care recipients.
