Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for an engaged licensed nurse for the Night Unit.

Your role as a night nurse is performed with quality and patient safety. During the night, you play an important role in creating continuity, making independent assessments, planning, and executing medical actions such as medication administration, wound dressing, and follow-up. You are responsible for accurate and correct documentation in patient records and ensure that interventions follow applicable routines and guidelines.

You collaborate with on-call doctors and other professionals, providing guidance and delegation to care staff. You are expected to work independently with our patients both in residences and in patients' homes in accordance with the Home Care Administration's values: Trust - Humility - Respect.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident in their role as a licensed nurse, has good collaboration skills, and wants to contribute to a positive and developing work environment. Experience in elderly care or hospitals is preferred. If you have further education in geriatrics, open health care, or mental health in the elderly, it is an advantage. Good computer skills and knowledge and experience of documentation in systems via mobile phone and computer are required for the position.

It is essential that you are social, attentive, and independent, and have the ability to convey security to our patients.

Personal suitability is important, and we want you to take responsibility, be solution-focused, and have a reflective approach to your work.

A driver's license is required to be considered for the position.

We Offer You

The Home Care Administration is now looking for someone who wants to work in our night operations. With us, we work according to the principles of Good and Close Care, focusing on person-centered, accessible, and coordinated care. Currently, over 100 nurses work in home care, assessing and performing medical treatment and care interventions in our clients' homes, including ordinary housing, care and nursing homes, LSS, or our short-term unit. We are proud of our elderly care and can offer an exciting and varied job.
