Personal Assistant in Lund Municipality

On behalf of our client in Lund Municipality, we are now looking for an experienced personal assistant who is committed to meeting the client's needs and wishes.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute, with the possibility of 1-2 fixed shifts per week for the right person if desired, but we also have a need for substitutes who can work during the absence of regular staff.

As a personal assistant, it is important that you can establish a good relationship with the client and be attentive to their individual needs and wishes. You are expected to be empathetic, respectful, and above all, maintain the client's integrity in all situations.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is ready to make their own decisions and show responsibility in their work.

Good physical condition is desirable as the work may involve manual lifting.

The tasks as a personal assistant include a variety of duties, from individualized care to household chores.

The assistant works both at the client's home and during outings and activities outside the home. You are expected to be supportive and motivating in your role and contribute to the client's well-being.

You can work both days, evenings, and weekends as personal assistance is provided around the clock. Experience in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement to apply for the position.

We wish for you to be able to provide a criminal record extract.

Training/introduction will be provided both on-site and via Monument Assistans.
