About You

On behalf of our client in Lund, we are looking for a mature personal assistant who is attentive to our client's needs and wishes. We are looking for someone who can consider working a couple of evening shifts each week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with speech disorders and autism
• Experience with epilepsy and diabetes
• Experience with preparatory/clarifying pedagogy
• Experience in personal assistance or as a student assistant

It is important for us that you connect with the client you will be working with and that you are responsive to their needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's integrity. You have a good sense of humor and are prepared to make your own decisions. You are responsible and easy to collaborate with. You have the ability to step back when needed. You are good at motivating and find challenges in your work enjoyable.

You can work days, evenings, and weekends. Personal assistance is provided at all hours of the day. It is a plus if you have experience in personal assistance. You will be part of a team that works together with and for the client.

Your Responsibilities

Tasks relevant to the profession. This can range from individualized care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also includes accompanying them on activities outside the home. You will work in a supportive and motivating manner. Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.
