Welcome to our little gem in the Skåne countryside! In the heart of charming Skurup municipality lies our health center – a place where both patients and staff thrive. We are a cheerful and close-knit team of 16 people who together care for approximately 5,800 patients – from life's first steps to its last. Every day with us is unique, and we work closely together with laughter and care as natural parts of our daily routine.

Our health center has a laboratory staffed with nursing assistants (sometimes nurses) for both planned and urgent sampling. Our professional categories include: district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, doctors, physiotherapists, and medical secretaries – all with their hearts in the right place and a desire to make a difference.

Our current social worker is going on parental leave, and we are now looking for someone to fill her position!

In close collaboration with doctors and other healthcare providers, you and your colleagues will provide first-line care to patients with mental and behavioral health issues. The position includes psychological counseling, diagnostics, and treatment. You will be an important player in our team where we work with great flexibility and inspiration for our mission to create the best primary care in Skåne.

You will meet your patients physically, meaning traditional outpatient work, but also through our digital channels such as video, chat, and phone.

You should have a relevant education for the position with at least basic psychotherapy training, licensed psychotherapist, or social worker. Previous experience in primary care and competence and interest in ACT is an advantage.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where personal maturity, integrity, and collaboration skills are important traits.

You should be comfortable with short treatment series to provide more patients the opportunity for contact, and you should see the potential for treatment through digital pathways. You are used to working independently, are secure in your professional role, and work with high medical quality. We would like you to be responsible and have good organizational skills. You enjoy challenges and want to be involved in the development of the health center.

The temporary position is approximately 80% starting in August 2026 and lasting for about a year.
