The Role of ST Doctor

We are looking for an ST doctor in general medicine. The position is a permanent employment at 100%, but the employment rate can be discussed according to your wishes. Start date by agreement.

For those of you who will do basic training (BT) at the beginning of your ST, a temporary employment may initially be relevant with the aim of the employment transitioning to a permanent position. If you have completed your AT, we can offer you a permanent position as an ST. RJL has a concept for BT that benefits both you as an employee and the workplace.

Gislaveds Health Center with branches in Anderstorp and Hestra is part of the Bra Liv Health Centers, which is the regionally driven primary care within Region Jönköping County. Our goal is "Better health for all," which we achieve by showing care, thinking holistically, and creating quality. Gislaveds Health Center has approximately 13,000 registered patients. We have about 65 employees from various professions, and our work is characterized by teamwork based on the patient's needs.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish medical license and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level)
• Has a driver's license
• Can work independently but also together with different professional groups
• Is engaged and responsible and understands the importance of good communication
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve the operations together with us
• Is open to new knowledge and can serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues
• Can adapt your work, communication, and approach based on the patient and situation
• Through good collaboration with management and colleagues, wants to contribute to creating participation and a good work environment

As an ST doctor, your ST planning is done in collaboration between you, your supervisor, manager, and study director. With us, you will receive continuous guidance from experienced district doctors. ST doctors in the healthcare sector meet regularly with the study director. We are very proud of our ST program. Collaboration with Futurum, Region Jönköping County's research and education unit, and Qulturum, the region's unit for operational development and improvements, also makes it possible to develop in research or towards a future leadership role.
