Licensed nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, specialist nursing assistants, and students (at least semester 5) in the nursing and occupational therapy programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with the patient in focus in special housing, short-term units, or in regular housing/home care. The tasks vary depending on the professional role and may include:

• Assessment of health status and functional ability
• Rehabilitative interventions and prescription of aids
• Medication management and documentation
• Guidance and support to nursing staff
• Collaboration in teams to prevent ill health
• Leadership and development of care work (for specialist nursing assistants)

As a student, you will receive a clear introduction and guidance from experienced colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, specialist nursing assistant, or a student in the nursing and occupational therapy program (at least semester 5)
• Are responsible, flexible, and have a good attitude
• Have good collaboration skills and enjoy working independently
• Have good Swedish language skills in speech and writing
• Have a B driver's license
