Do you want to work nights and be the one who creates security when it is most quiet? We are now looking for two nursing assistants for the night patrol.

When the lights go out and most of the citizens of Vetlanda municipality go to rest, your work shift begins with you and your colleagues – ensuring that our clients in care and support receive the care they need.

As a nursing assistant in the night patrol, you work in individual homes. The work is varied and you meet people with different needs, which means you need to be able to adapt and prioritize throughout the night. You are there when someone needs help here and now, but you also contribute to continuity and calm by working closely with your colleagues and having good teamwork.

You work with care and support based on the client's needs and conditions. This can involve everything from assistance with daily tasks to care interventions that require both sensitivity and security in the professional role. In night work, respect for self-determination, integrity, and participation is central – you contribute to ensuring that each person receives the support they need in a dignified and professional manner.

We are looking for someone who is confident in meeting people and enjoys working nights. You take responsibility, work independently when needed, and at the same time find it easy to collaborate with colleagues, as you depend on each other for the night work to function well.

The positions are permanent positions at 80 percent. Currently, the placement is in night home care, but another work group may become relevant if the need changes.

Qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant.
• Driver's license B.
• Work experience is an advantage.
• We emphasize personal qualities.
• The position requires a criminal record check. The extract must be for HVB homes and is ordered via the Police's website.
