Your mission
Work to ensure that each user receives support, care, and services according to their needs and approved interventions. Your work is about enabling individuals to live as good and independent lives as possible.

Your role includes assisting with personal care, supporting daily household tasks, shopping, activities, medication, and administrative tasks such as documenting in Lifecare.

You can work in the following areas:
Care and nursing - home care, special housing, or short-term.

Support and function (LSS) - housing with special services, personal assistance. Short-term stays for children and young people.

Social psychiatry - housing support

Formal competence requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Language tests may be relevant.
- Digital identification with Bank ID.
- A B driver's license is an advantage and a requirement in certain areas.
- An extract from the police criminal record may be relevant.

Meritorious
- Previous experience of similar tasks.
- We would like you to have approved or started education in care and nursing, child and leisure, or equivalent education.
- Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.

The employment
Fixed-term employment with varying degrees of employment. Your working hours may vary between day, evening, and weekend. Night and round-the-clock shifts may also occur. The employment is currently placed at the Staffing Unit within the Welfare and Labor Market Administration.
