Do you want to help develop our nursing unit within healthcare in Halmstad municipality?

We work in teams, and as a nurse, you will assess and perform medical treatment and care interventions.

Much of the practical work is independent, so it is important that you are comfortable working autonomously with standard nursing tasks and leading care staff.

In addition to patient-facing work with assessments, examinations, information, and counseling, you also play an important role in collaborating with care staff in home care and residential facilities. As a nurse, you are responsible for supervising and delegating tasks to care staff.

We offer continuous professional development to maintain high quality and meet patient needs.

As a nurse in home healthcare, you will work daytime hours with a weekly working time of 38.25 hours/week, and you will work every sixth weekend.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse. Experience in home healthcare or similar work is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have specialized skills or further education in areas such as geriatrics, palliative care, or other relevant training.

We appreciate candidates who take responsibility in their professional role, are solution-focused, and have a reflective approach to their work. It is essential that you are social, attentive, and independent in your work, as well as having the ability to create safety for both our patients and colleagues. We use digital tools for documentation and medication management. Therefore, we value a positive attitude towards technology, and experience with digital systems such as Lifecare Voo, Lifecare SP, Appva, Pascal, and NPÖ is an advantage.

To be eligible for the position, you also need to have a valid driver's license (B).
