We are looking for a Project Manager!

Do you have a background as a Control Installer or Technician and currently work as a Project Manager? Are you curious about new technology and want to work in a company where you can take full responsibility for projects – from start to finish? Then this could be the right next step for you.

Modern Control Technology is a full-service provider in property automation with a clear focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability. We work with both the implementation of modern automation solutions and the service and maintenance of existing facilities.

About the role

We are now looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the entire project process, which includes:

  • Construction meetings

  • Material purchases

  • Cost calculations

  • Change order management

  • Budget and result responsibility

  • Acting as a link between the customer, installers, and other involved parties

The role involves great variation, with both longer and more extensive projects as well as shorter service and renovation assignments.

About us

Since 2010, we have been at the forefront by offering innovative and brand-independent control systems. With us, you will be part of a knowledgeable team where collaboration, accountability, and respect for each other's roles are a natural part of everyday life. We share a common interest in technology and work together to achieve the best possible results for our customers.

We know that our success is built on our employees. Therefore, we offer competitive terms, stimulating tasks, and good opportunities for both personal and professional development. We encourage continuous learning and want you to be able to develop long-term with us.

The position is based in our modern and inspiring office premises in Hornsberg, with a strategic and easily accessible location.

Who are you?

We would like you to currently work as a project manager in property automation and have a background as a control installer or technician. You are used to managing multiple projects simultaneously, enjoy being out in the field, and have a natural interest in customer relationships. At the same time, you are structured, meticulous, and have good administrative skills.

Experience with PLC programming and CAD is an advantage but not a requirement.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, and confident in their role – with an understanding that success is created through collaboration where everyone contributes based on their expertise.

The recruitment process is conducted in collaboration with Jobwise.

If you have any questions about the position, please contact the responsible recruiter Fredrik Ljungar: [email protected] 072-891 51 89
