Mission

We are looking for a nurse for our HSL team for a summer temporary position responsible for home care in both ordinary and special accommodations.

As a nurse, you will be responsible for the care of elderly patients with multiple illnesses, disabled individuals, and others in need of care interventions. You will be part of an HSL team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, where you will work together to create a holistic view of the care recipient.

Responsibilities:

• Perform medical assessments and medication management.
• Provide support and advice to nursing staff.
• Coordinate and plan health and medical care interventions.
• Maintain contact with relatives.

We welcome you as a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in municipal home care. Experience with documentation in LifeCare HSL is an advantage. Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement as communication and documentation are part of the job. A driving license (B) is also required.

Working hours/duration

Summer temporary position full-time week 25-33 or by agreement.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours, and weekend shifts may occur.
