Assignment

The assignment involves being responsible for home healthcare in ordinary housing. The target group is primarily elderly patients with multiple illnesses, but also people with disabilities and others who need assistance. You will be part of a healthcare team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

As a nurse, you will work consultatively with medical assessments, medication management, and support and advice to the nursing staff. You will be responsible for coordinating and planning the combined health and medical care efforts for the individual patient and maintaining contact with relatives. An important part of the work is to work in a team around the patient to achieve a good overall perspective.

Competence

To succeed in this role, you should be able to work independently and make decisions in complex situations, while also appreciating close collaboration with colleagues both internally and externally. As a person, you are positive, engaged, and have a good ability to cooperate, communicate, and promote a good working environment.

We welcome you as a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in municipal home healthcare. Previous experience with documentation in Life Care HSL is considered an advantage. A B driver's license is a requirement.

Working hours/duration

Permanent employment.
