About the position:

As an electrical consultant at ReKonik, you will work closely with experienced colleagues in HVAC and technical installations. You will have the opportunity to shape work methods, build customer relationships, and create long-term value – both for our customers and the business.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have a broad responsibility where you will both build and lead a completely new department for electrical design. You will develop work methods, routines, and tools, and in the long term, recruit and form your own team of electrical consultants. At the same time, you will work operationally in projects, where you will be responsible for the design of power, lighting, telecommunication, and data systems, acting as a technical expert throughout the process from start to delivery.

Your assignment also includes ensuring that the design complies with applicable standards and industry regulations, as well as collaborating closely with the HVAC team to create integrated and efficient solutions. The role also includes a clear business responsibility where you identify new customer needs, build long-term relationships, drive procurements, and work on developing ReKonik's offerings in electrical design.

Technical competence

• Relevant educational background in electrical engineering
• At least 5 years of experience as an electrical consultant
• Experienced in designing and working with technically complex installations
• Experience with CAD/BIM tools such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Good knowledge of industry regulations and design standards

Business and management skills

• Experience in customer dialogues and business-driven projects
• Understanding of budgets, business processes, and profitability management
• Ability to think long-term and strategically

Personal qualities

• Self-driven and proactive
• Communicative and comfortable in meetings with both technical and non-technical parties
• Decisive and experienced in leading and driving development
• Collaborative with a professional demeanor

• Experience in building and leading teams
