We are now looking for you who want to work with us in the HSL organization this summer. We are looking for either trained nursing assistants or nursing students who have completed at least 4 semesters by the summer.

Job Description:
Together with nurses, you will work in a driven team where the care recipient is always the focus. Your tasks will include HSL interventions that are delegated to you, such as medication management, wound dressing, sampling, documentation, and reporting.
After a tailored introduction, you will work independently based on assignments from the nurse. You will have your own patient visits where you document after completing your work.

Qualifications:
Nursing assistant or nursing student with at least 4 semesters completed by the summer of 2026. To work with us, you need to have a B driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle.
It is advantageous if you have completed an emergency care course as a nursing assistant and have at least 2 years of experience working as a nursing assistant.

The work requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, independence, the ability to see the whole picture, and initiative. You should have a good ability to organize and structure your work.
You need to have knowledge and experience using a computer as a work tool. The work requires qualified communication skills, which includes good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. Personal suitability is of great importance.

To be considered for a summer position, you need to be prepared to work throughout the entire summer period. Interviews may be conducted on an ongoing basis, so do not wait to submit your application.

According to a political decision, Karlshamn Municipality must request an extract from the police's criminal record in connection with employment within the Administration for Care and Labor Market. If you already have an extract, it must not be older than one year. The extract "check of your own data in the criminal record" must be used.
