We are now looking for a physiotherapist for our home rehabilitation in Linköping, who wants to make a difference in people's everyday lives.

Your Role

As a physiotherapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with people in their everyday lives, in their home environment. With a high level of trust in your professional role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing physiotherapeutic interventions that enhance the individual's independence, safety, and quality of life. The assignment gives you the freedom to shape your workday and the opportunity to work long-term and closely with relationships. At the same time, you are part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team where physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and care staff collaborate closely to create coherence and quality in care.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Functional and activity assessments
• Planning and implementing rehabilitative and health-promoting interventions together with the patient
• Adapting the home environment and testing and following up on technical aids
• Guidance and support to care staff
• Collaboration with colleagues and other actors around the patient

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with people in their home environment and who sees the value in meeting the whole person. You are a licensed physiotherapist with experience in working with our target groups, preferably with a background in home rehabilitation. You are confident in your professional role and take responsibility for planning and structuring your work while contributing to collaboration with other professions. In your interactions with patients, relatives, and colleagues, you are attentive, clear, and create participation.

Qualifications

• Licensed physiotherapist
• Experience working with and meeting relevant target groups in care, support, or assistance.
• Driver's license (B) and ability to cycle
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills and experience with documentation in journal systems
