The Social Administration is responsible for authority exercise, ordering services, and in-house management in the areas of individual and family care, LSS, and social psychiatry. Your tasks

Are you ready to take the next step in your career as an occupational therapist and make a real difference in people's lives? We are now looking for an engaged occupational therapist for our daily activities within the LSS department of the social administration!

As an occupational therapist with us, you will work in a dynamic and inclusive environment where each day offers new challenges and opportunities. Our goal is to develop individualized interventions focusing on safety and independence for our participants. You will be part of a cross-professional team, where collaboration between different professions is fundamental.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Ensuring that the right assistive devices are available in the operations and educating, guiding, and advising staff on how to use them
• Participating in various types of risk assessments related to, for example, falls
• Documentation at both the individual level and for the operation regarding which assistive devices are available
• Collaborating and monitoring the field

As an occupational therapist with us, you will work daytime Monday to Friday, and we apply flexible working hours.

Your workplace

Daily activities within Linköping Municipality cater to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism who need support or guidance at work and have an LSS decision. We currently have about 30 daily activities with many different focuses, and there are currently seven operations where one is the sole supervisor, three of which are cafés. Together, we create good days with our employees. Within daily activities, support assistants, support pedagogues, adult pedagogues, and development leaders work. We work in teams with the client's best interests in mind.

You who are applying

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist and have experience working as an occupational therapist. We also want you to have experience working in psychiatry or with individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities. Experience in cognitive support and assessment of rehabilitation needs is meritorious. It is also desirable that you have training in low-arousal responses or motivational interviewing (MI).

For the position, a B driver's license is required as the job involves travel. You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and experience using digital tools for documentation.
