The Primary Care Center (PVC) Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, the Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and emergency centers in the evening and on weekends, and the General Medicine Training Center. We conduct a broad primary care operation where we offer care to everyone throughout life; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients at the end of life.

The Sandbyhov Health Center is located in Norrköping and currently has about 15,200 registered inhabitants. The health center is situated in bright and modern premises. We are staffed with competent and experienced personnel, about 65 employees.

Job Description

As a nurse/district nurse at the health center, you will have varied tasks, primarily telephone counseling/digital care and outpatient services. Here you will meet a wide range of patients in terms of age and symptoms. No day is the same. You will be part of a team with other professional groups, and you will also work independently and make your own assessments both by phone and at the clinic.

We are a large health center with many different professions including nurses, district nurses, general practitioners, ST doctors, nursing assistants, and more.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse/district nurse. We prefer you have a few years of experience in the profession as a nurse/district nurse. Previous work in primary care and telephone counseling is an advantage.

As you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other organizations, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. You also need to be able to handle various IT systems to perform daily care work. We work in Cosmic.

For this position, we are looking for someone who is flexible. Therefore, the position suits you who enjoys collaboration and is responsive and communicative with both colleagues, patients, and relatives. You can plan, organize, and prioritize your work.
