Job Description

Do you want to work in a varied and developing role where you can combine clinical work with patient contact and administrative tasks? At the gastrointestinal clinic, you will meet patients with, among other things, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and various liver diseases.

As a nurse with us, you will have a varied work week where you:

• Administer intravenous treatments to our patients
• Conduct planned follow-ups – both via phone and in-person visits
• Participate in the clinic's telephone advice via TeleQ
• Maintain ongoing contact with patients through 1177
• Take significant personal responsibility for booking patients and keeping our waiting lists up to date

Work Group

Your closest colleague will be an experienced nurse, and you will work closely together to take care of the clinic's patients, but you will also collaborate with nurses from other units during treatments. You will also collaborate with several of the clinic's doctors as well as doctors from the University Hospital in Linköping. You will also have close contact with our dietitians.

The entire clinic unit consists of ten different specialist clinics, which means you will have about 30 new colleagues with whom you will have coffee, lunch, and participate in ATP and other joint training and activities.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse.

We prefer that you have a few years of work experience. If you have previously worked with gastrointestinal and liver diseases or with outpatient work, this can be an advantage for the position.

As you will be in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Since we are a small clinic, one must be able to take significant personal responsibility for their work.
