Job Description

At our clinic, we perform various neurophysiological examinations such as electroencephalography, electroneurography, sleep studies, quantitative sensory testing, neuromuscular ultrasound, evoked potentials, and intraoperative monitoring. We conduct examinations on both children and adults, both in the outpatient clinic and on hospital wards.

Quality and method development is a natural and important part of the operation, where all employees actively contribute to improvement and development work.

As a university hospital, we also have students and resident doctors. This means that the work includes both supervision and teaching.

Work Group

The neurophysiological clinic is part of the Sense Center at the University Hospital in Linköping. The clinic consists of various professions such as biomedical analysts, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and medical administrators, who collaborate with the patient in focus.

There is a broad competence within the clinic but also specialized expertise in various areas. We actively work to maintain and develop competence through internal and external training.

As part of the University Hospital, research is also conducted at the clinic. Employees may have the opportunity to participate in research projects and contribute to the development of the operation and future care.

About You

We are looking for you who are a biomedical analyst with a focus on clinical physiology. Experience working as a biomedical analyst is an advantage, and previous experience in neurophysiology is seen as a plus.

You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing. The work involves daily contact with patients and colleagues, which requires good communication skills, teamwork ability, and flexibility. You work in a structured and independent manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and have a genuine commitment to the patient.
