JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for more hourly substitutes to work in our meal unit.

You will work as a meal assistant within the municipality's operations and will naturally become part of our team, where we collectively take a holistic approach to our tasks.

The working hours vary greatly, and shifts may come with short notice or be for longer continuous periods, e.g., 1 week. Being an hourly substitute is excellent for combining with studies or other activities as you control when and on which days you can work by marking yourself available in our Time Care Pool program.

QUALIFICATIONS

The meal unit works with preschools/schools and elderly care. In preschools/schools, work is done Monday to Friday, and working hours vary between 06:30-15:30. In elderly care, work is done between 07:00-15:30 or 08:00-16:30, weekend work may occur, as well as on public holidays. As a meal assistant, your tasks include assisting in preparation and cooking, participating in serving, dishwashing, and cleaning.

Requirements:

• You must have a B driver's license
• You have completed the hotel and restaurant program and/or have equivalent documented work experience
• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• You have good computer skills

Meritorious:

• You have a chef's education/equivalent education/work experience assessed by the employer.
• You have knowledge regarding special and allergy diets.
