As a production manager , you will lead and plan the daily work in production at our branch in Skänninge, where you will lead 11 employees. The assignment includes, among other things, working with daily management, systematic improvement work, and optimizing our work processes. Our important operations are subject to laws, regulations, and internal company guidelines, for which you are responsible for ensuring compliance. Another important area of responsibility is systematic occupational health and safety work and contributing to a good work environment, good health, and a positive work climate.

Your role is broad and complex and involves significant responsibility, but you will receive strong support from the branch manager and a solid introduction program to give you the best conditions for success.

Qualifications beyond your personality

• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of the Office package/Microsoft 365
• Experience in leadership
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
