Your task with us is to provide our users with safe and good care, support in daily life, and a stimulating leisure time.

Your main tasks will include supporting users with daily hygiene, social interaction and activities, cleaning, meal support, laundry, and much more. The work includes delegated tasks such as health and medical care interventions based on the individual needs of the users. We work with agency assignments, where you as an employee have opportunities to develop and be part of the development of the organization. Contact with relatives and responsibility for social documentation is included.

Härryda municipality is working to reduce the proportion of hourly employees and instead increase the basic staffing. The municipality therefore applies co-planning, which means that you will do some shifts in other units, but your main working hours will be performed in your home unit, which is Säterigården in Mölnlycke.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who sees opportunities rather than obstacles and who works with a salutogenic approach with high quality in care work. To succeed in this role, you should have good collaboration skills, work with quality awareness, and the ability to create trusting relationships. As a person, you are empathetic, flexible, and responsible with a genuine interest in working with people. The organization requires that you take delegation and perform tasks according to HSL.

Competence Requirements

To be considered for this recruitment, you need to meet the following:

• Trained nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills, preferably with experience in social documentation

Meritorious

It is meritorious if you:

• Have previously worked in care and nursing
• Have further education in dementia, psychiatry
• Have previously worked with quality work
• Have experience with Combine, Plan Act, and BPSD Register
