Personal Assistant to a Young Father (50-100%)

I am the employer of my personal assistants and am now looking for a new team member. I am in my 40s and paralyzed from the chest down due to an accident several years ago. I am an engineer working in Lund, but I live with my partner and our children in southwestern Malmö. In my free time, I prefer to spend time with my family, engage in sports, fishing, gardening, and cultivation. The job involves assisting me in my daily life with everything I cannot manage on my own. Since I have small children, household tasks constitute a significant part of the responsibilities.

As you will be working closely with me and my family, it is crucial that the applicant is attentive, shows respect, and integrates naturally into our family. Important qualities for the applicant include flexibility, efficiency, reliability, and a positive attitude. Furthermore, it is a requirement that the person has a driver's license and is smoke-free.

I am looking for a person for a full-time position, which I hope can work with me for a long time to come. An alternative to a full-time position is two people in part-time positions. Most of the working hours are during the day but will also include some night and weekend work. Most shifts are 13 hours long.
